GYMNASTICS TEACHES MENTAL TOUGHNESS
Gymnastics is largely an individual sport so each gymnast has to develop their own mental toughness. They develop mental toughness when it takes a long time to learn a skill they are working on, or when they have a bad day at the gym and have to mentally collect themselves and come back with a positive attitude.
Welcome to the 2025 Fall session.
Classes will start the week of October 20th.
Public registration is open
Note: If you see the class you want is full, please add your child to the waitlist. If there is enough interest we may open a 2nd class and there is always a chance that there is some movement within the registration as some kids and families may change their mind.

Open Gym
Starts the week of Sept. 8th
Please make sure you have a waiver filled out and signed prior to sending your kids to the gym without you. No waivers, no Open Gym
Cash and e transfers accepted. Please have your authorization code for e transfers available to add to our sign in sheets
Tuesdays 12-2
Note: During the Tuesday Open Gym, Shaylene our instructor plays with the kids and sometimes has circuits set up in the gym that the kids can go through with her assistance. She is open to requests if you would like to see something available during these open gyms. This allows you as a parent to sit back, enjoy a coffee or tea from our Tassimo or just visit with your friends.
Wednesdays 3:30-6
Note: This open gym session is mostly used by our school aged kids and the coach is there in a supervisory way. She is also open to requests.
